Nicola is a highly regarded specialist insurance Partner who has practised for more than 15 years in the area of personal injury and property liability.

Paul is an experienced M&A lawyer, who delivers corporate transactions of various sizes for a broad range of clients with execution excellence, whilst providing pragmatic legal solutions to appropriately manage risk.

Peter has more than 30 years of experience (including eight years overseas) in domestic and cross border corporate advisory and investment transactions, including public and private mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as private equity and joint venture arrangements.

Rachel assists clients with real estate development, leasing, sales and purchases.

Robert is a highly experienced technology and regulatory lawyer and heads the firm's Technology and Digital practice. He works with private and public sector organisations in relation to complex technology procurement projects and the provision and use of digital services.

Shannon's general areas of practice are employment, industrial relations and safety. Shannon specialises in complex employment and industrial litigation and disputes and has experience representing clients in conciliation conferences, mediations and hearings in all relevant state and federal jurisdictions, including the High Court.

Simon has extensive experience with corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions, as well general corporate advisory. He has significant cross border experience, having worked in the UK and the Middle East. Simon has advised clients across an array of sectors including financial services, resources, media, transport and logistics, and life sciences.

Terry has practiced extensively in financial services and regulatory law for over 30 years. Before joining Lander & Rogers, he was a partner in a major legal firm for over 13 years, and before that he held legal and commercial positions in a major bank, a major life insurance company and a superannuation, actuarial and investment consulting firm. Terry is on the Australian subsidiary board of a large Canadian bank, was previously on the International Monetary Fund's external expert panel for banking and insurance regulation and a financial sector development expert for the Asian Development Bank.

Andrew is Japan-based counsel and part of the firm's Japan Client Group. He is involved in developing relationships with clients and targets in Japan and assists them with their commercial strategies for entering the Australian market. Andrew is also able to provide "on the ground" support to our Australian-based clients wanting to do business in Japan.

Vince is a partner in our Workplace Relations and Safety team. He practices in all aspects of employment, workplace relations, safety and discrimination. His practice extends to public and private sector clients across a broad range of industries.
