Senior Associate

Lisa is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate and Projects group. She assists senior practitioners in advising government and private sector clients on a diverse range of property matters, with a focus on capital transactions, developments and projects.

Lisa's practice is focussed on the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. She has over 20 years' experience in acting nationally for large private and public companies on capital transaction, development and asset management matters.

Michael is an industry leading construction and infrastructure lawyer with a broad range of experience in contentious and non-contentious matters across the construction, engineering, resources and infrastructure project sectors.

Natasha has over 20 years' experience in large commercial and retail capital transactions; large commercial and retail leasing transactions; contract and document drafting and associated negotiations and advice.

Nick practices in property and development law, acting for institutional vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants, joint ventures, commercial and industrial developers and property financiers. During his career, he has developed an approach aimed at providing prompt strategic advice, avoiding disputes and completing contract negotiations quickly and efficiently.

Olivia is a real estate specialist, with a focus on capital transactions and projects. Olivia provides clients with strategic and commercial advice on a wide range of real estate matters and acts for many of the firm's local and international clients on the acquisition and disposal of premium commercial and industrial assets.

Senior Associate

Peter has extensive experience acting for public and private institutions on commercial property transactions and development projects. Peter's expertise extends to all aspects of property law and a wide-ranging clientele, including institutional landlords, major Australian retailers, supermarkets and banks, the Queensland Government (including a number of key Government Owned Corporations) and various Queensland Local Authorities.

Peter jointly leads the Lander & Rogers national Real Estate & Projects group. Peter is a real estate specialist who advises a broad range of Australian and international companies, funds, retailers, property developers and affordable housing associations. Peter's experience spans the commercial, industrial, office, retail and residential sectors.

Rachel assists clients with real estate development, leasing, sales and purchases.

Rob is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate & Projects team. He advises on a broad range of real estate matters, including sales, acquisitions, developments, subdivisions and leasing transactions, and has acted for many of Australia's leading corporate, institutional and private real estate developers and investors.

Rohan is a highly regarded construction lawyer and a market-leading legal innovator, with over 12 years of experience advising tier 1 construction and infrastructure companies on all project matters including tendering, contract negotiation, project-in-delivery issue resolution and disputes. As an innovator of legal technology, Rohan has helped ASX 100 companies achieve multi-million dollar annual returns on investment through the delivery and scaling of automated contract solutions.

Senior Associate

Ryan is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Real Estate & Projects team. He advises on a broad range of real estate matters including sales, acquisitions, developments and leasing transactions and has acted for Australian and international companies, funds, retailers, property developers and investors.

Steve is a partner in the firm's real estate group. Having acted on all sides of transactions for a variety of clients, he brings a balanced approach to document preparation and negotiation that helps clients swiftly identify and resolve potential transaction roadblocks.
