Firm advises Blackpearl Group on foreign exempt listing on ASX

Lander & Rogers is delighted to have advised Blackpearl Group (NZX:BPG - ASX:BPG) on its foreign exempt listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), marking an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy.

Blackpearl Group, headquartered in Wellington, New Zealand, with a primary listing on the NZX, is a fast-growing technology company that builds, acquires, and markets data-driven marketing and sales solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Its AI-enabled products are powered by the proprietary Pearl Engine platform and are used primarily by customers across the United States.

The ASX listing was completed in conjunction with a placement of approximately A$10.2 million (NZ$11.8 million), which was well supported by both existing and new institutional investors and clients of retail broker firms, including Australian institutional investors. The listing and capital raising represents a significant step in diversifying Blackpearl’s investor base and strengthening its capital reserves as it accelerates its international scale-up.

Lander & Rogers advised Blackpearl Group on all of the Australian legal aspects of the ASX listing and placement.
