Before we meet with you, we will invite you to complete a secure online form. This will allow you to provide information about your situation in a convenient, efficient and cost-effective way, while giving us a clear understanding of the issues that are most important to you.

By sharing information before your first appointment, we spend less time taking background details in the meeting and more time discussing your concerns, answering your questions and focusing on practical next steps.

Step 2: A complimentary 15-minute call

After you submit your enquiry, we will arrange a complimentary 15-minute telephone call with a member of our team.

This gives you an opportunity to tell us about your situation. We can identify any immediate issues and explain how we may be able to assist.

All conversations are private and confidential.

You can speak with an experienced member of our team before committing to an appointment and gain some initial guidance about the most appropriate next steps.

Step 3: First meeting

The next step is an initial consultation, where we will discuss your situation in more detail and provide advice about your rights, responsibilities and potential entitlements so that you can better understand the path ahead.

We offer a fixed fee for our initial consultation, which will be communicated to you in advance. Most consultations run for approximately one hour.

You will leave the meeting with tailored advice, a clearer understanding of your legal position and a practical roadmap for moving forward.

Step 4: Costs and strategy

Following your initial consultation, we will provide a costs agreement setting out the work you have asked us to do, the likely costs involved and the different ways your matter may progress.

We are committed to being upfront and transparent about costs, so that you can make informed decisions as your matter progresses.

Our team works under a structured supervision model. Every client has a supervising partner or special counsel overseeing their matter, reviewing key advice and signing off on important documents. This ensures you get the right level of experience involved at the right time, while keeping your matter running efficiently.
